This X Factor winner stripped down after the Daily Mail said he had a 'fuller figure'

A former X Factor winner has posted a topless photo of himself after tabloids said he had developed a “fuller figure”.

Joe McElderry appeared on Lorraine on ITV last week, promoting his musical ‘Tommy The Rock Opera’.

The X Factor and Popstar to Operastar winner was subsequently the subject of tabloid headlines including the Mail which said he had a “fuller figure”.

Others said he had a “fuller frame”, the Mirror, writing that he is “no longer a baby-faced teen”.

Taking to Instagram, McElderry wrote: “Just took my full figured little ass to the gym and thought I take a little pic,” along with the hashtag “dailyfail”.
